Most EPL managers have been sacked because of the lack of trophies which shows how important trophies are to the club. This article states three English Premier League managers that might be sacked this season if they don't win any trophy.

1. Thomas Tuchel (Chelsea):

Thomas Tuchel's era in Chelsea might come to an end this season if he fails to win a trophy for the blues. Despite winning three crucial trophies since he came to the club, Tuchel needs to also win trophies this season after losing the EPL, FA Cup, and Carabo Cup trophies to Manchester City and Liverpool respectively last season.

Chelsea's new owner Todd Boehly would be anticipating a trophy from the manager after investing so much in the club since he became owner of the club.

2. Erik Ten Hag (Manchester United)

Manchester United has been without a trophy for the past seven years and would love to touch another trophy in Erik Ten Hag's Era.

Ole Gunnar and Ralf Ranknick failed to win trophies for the club which led to their sack. The club will be anticipating getting trophies from Erik and might sack.

Manchester United board is also releasing funds to the new manager to make sure the team wins a trophy for them.

3. Mikel Arteta (Arsenal):

Another manager that might be sacked this season if he doesn't win a trophy for his club is Mikel Arteta. The young manager went trophyless last season, finishing in the 5th position.

The club has signed two more quality players this season to enhance the team's performance.
