Chelsea have offered Real Madrid the chance to sign striker Timo Werner, according to Marca. Werner has failed to hit the heights which earned him his move to Stamford Bridge from RB Leipzig in 2020, scoring 23 goals in 83 appearances for the club. Germany international Werner, 26, has been linked with a return to Leipzig but it’s claimed reigning European champions Real Madrid have been given the chance to secure his services.

Chelsea are in discussions with Brighton over the signing of former Barcelona left-back Marc Cucurella, according to reports in the Athletic. Man City are also interested in Cucurella, who recently handed in a transfer request in a bid to push through a move to the Premier League champions.

Man Utd target Stuttgart striker Kalajdzic

Manchester United have identified Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic as a transfer target - as The Daily Mail reports. The Austria international, who stands at an imposing height of 6ft 7ins, is currently available for around £17 million. United are now considering a swoop for Kalajdzic, who recorded 21 goal contributions in 33 Bundesliga games for Stuttgart in 2020-21.

West Ham still in talks for Kostic

Discussions are continuing between West Ham and Eintracht Frankfurt over the signing of Filip Kostic. Two Italian clubs are also thought to be interested in the player. No final decision has been made yet by Kostic, while staying at Frankfurt and leaving as a free agent next summer has not been ruled out either.
