Barcelona Star Joins EPL Club

Bournemouth have signed Brazilian goalkeeper Neto from Barcelona on a free transfer. Neto has been capped once by his country and featured 21 times for Barcelona after joining them from La Liga rivals Valencia. "To be able to attract a player of Neto's calibre is very pleasing," Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake said. "This is a real coup for the club and we're delighted he has chosen to join us. He has vast experience at the very top level of the game so I'm sure he will be a huge asset for us."

Chelsea Still Interested In 25-year-old Star Player

The Barcelona midfielder has found himself at the centre of transfer speculation since, with Chelsea and Man United mainly pushing for his signing. However, it is Chelsea who have emerged as the Netherlands international's ardent suitors, with Fabrizio Romano now reporting that the Blues are 'ready to go big' for the 25-year-old De Jong. Chelsea and Barcelona have crossed paths on numerous occasions this summer, rivalling each other for several transfer targets. At the same time, the two clubs have also been discussing deals for players from each other's camps.

EPL clubs want Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic

Cheksea, Manchester United and Everton are among the clubs maintaining interest in Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic. The 6ft 7ins Austria international is available for around £15million and has also been discussed by Bayern Munich this summer. Kalajdzic has scored 24 goals in 57 games for Stuttgart and has 15 caps for Austria. He is on a list for United and Chelsea which also includes Benjamin Sesko at Red Bull Salzburg, who are reluctant to sell this summer.
