Every premier league clubs are currently busy strengthening its squad ahead of the upcoming season. Many deals and businesses have been completed in the league with the likes of the top six teams bringing in their transfer targets. Chelsea is no exception, with the Blues bringing in their transfer priorities. 

Thomas Tuchel and the club's hierarchies are working on another deal after successfully wrapping up a deal for English winger Raheem Sterling to move to London, as well as Kalidou Koulibaly who joined the club from Napoli after several years of pursuit. 

Next season, many teams will be very strong, with the likes of Premier League title holders Manchester City and their rivals Liverpool, keen on displaying more quality than what they did last season. However, it could be more difficult for them this time around, with Manchester United and Arsenal also preparing for the new season with quality recruitments. 

Tuchel and his employees are making good plans on how to add more defensive options to their side despite bringing in one of the best center-backs in Europe. Chelsea hierarchies are currently working on the possibility of bringing Sevilla center-back Jules Kounde to Stamford Bridge this summer after several seasons of being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
